Of Vittoria, County of Norfolk, Canada.
Isaac King Taylor was born on 24 April 1832. He was the elder son of Ann King and Dr John Cornelius Taylor MD, of Castle Hedingham, Halstead, Essex.
His uncle, Rev Richard Taylor, recorded that he went with his father John Cornelius Taylor and younger sister Ann Catherine to America.
He later settled in Vittoria, county of Norfolk, Canada.
In 1864 he married Helen Rebecca Rapelje and they had seven children.
They occupied the old Rapelje family homestead for many years.
His wife died in 1894.
He died on 3 September 1898, aged 66.
Their sons settled in the United States.
