Biography

"Elizabeth was born in 1752. Elizabeth was born to a Quaker family in Virginia and later lived at Bush River South Carolina with her husband," says Turner-7555. "I know this as we have researched her quite extensively. Evidence is more than just the ancestry links from the house of trees over there, the interesting factor is the Quaker records state Elder Jonathan Long Island New York resident of Hopewell Virginia has what is a well-respected member of the Quaker community and also help during the American Revolution as someone who drove where I can..."

Elizabeth Lydia Taylor was born on June 22, 1752, in Frederick, Virginia, to Jonathan, 34, and Mary, 17. She married Joshua C Reeder on December 10, 1767, in Newberry, South Carolina. They had nine children. She died on January 15, 1832, in Allen, Kentucky and was buried in Centerville, Ohio.

Though born in VA, her baptism might have been recorded 10 Apr 1768 in Chester, Cheshire, England.

Thank you Robin Lee for fixing that oh yeah they were Quakers so I provided some evidence of that by the way my family / relatives were Quakers and the ironic story is that me and my cousin and Quakers later if this century
