William was born in 1870. He was the son of Pleasant Taylor and Jane Hill. He passed away in 1927. The marker in Highland Cemetery, Durant, OK is in the same plot as his brother George W. Taylor, so I am presuming this is the correct William B. Taylor. I have found no other information on him except in the 1880 Federal Census.
listed at the same spot, 0047 E, 00-4/12-03 are:
William B. Taylor, b. 27 Dec 1870, d. 07 Sep 1927
George W. Taylor, b. 01 Nov 1874, d. 12 Apr 1952 (this is clearly the same George Taylor as in the WWI draft registration listed for George Whitfield Taylor, son of Jane Hill Buford Taylor. Erma Jane Taylor, b. 07 Apr 1884, d. 19 Sep 1966
