Biography

When George Eddis Teston was born on March 17, 1882, in Hazlehurst, Georgia, his father, Henry, was 40 and his mother, Sarah, was 29. ^[1]

He married Martha "Missy" Holton on November 9, 1905, in Appling, Georgia. They had five children during their marriage.

He died on April 30, 1948, in Jacksonville, Florida, at the age of 66, and was buried there.^[2]
