Biography
Horace Edward "Ed" Tharp was born on November 19, 1908, in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, his father, James, was 32 and his mother, Eva, was 22. He married Azubah Collins and they had one son together. He then married Virginia "Lucile" Breeding and they had seven children together. He died on January 10, 1962, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 53, and was buried in Camp, Arkansas.[1]
