Rhys was born in 1888. Rhys was the child of Evan Thomas and Mary Evans -Thomas. Rhys passed away in 1944. In the 1939 register Rees, Incapaictated, was the married head of household at 1 Gelli Road, Rhondda, Glamorganshire, Wales.[1]
