Ebenezer was born 01 October 1677 in Mendon, Massachusetts. He was the son of John Thompson and Thankful[1] Woodland.
He passed away in 1747.
Probate
The will of Ebenezer Thompson of Mendon, yeoman was dated 9 October 1747 and proved on 16 September 1748 in Worcester. He mentioned his wife Dorothy, and his children, Edward Thompson, Ebenezer Thompson (eldest son), Eleazer Thompson, Ezra Thompson (executor), Mehitabel Rockwood, decd., and Deborah Hall. His inventory was taken on 22 January 1747/48 in Mendon.
