Moses Thompson/Tompson was born on 18 Oct 1715 in Mendon, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay, to Woodland Thompson/Tompson and Charity. [1]
Moses married Mary Eliott on 15 Aug 1741 in Uxbridge, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay. [2] Their known children included:

Probate
Moses Thompson of Uxbridge, husbandman died intestate and on 22 August 1753, his widow Mary was granted the administration of his estate.[3]
His inventory was taken on 9 July 1753 in Uxbridge.[4]
