Henry was born ca 1731.( from estimated marriage?) He was a son of John Thompson and Elizabeth Staples.[1] Henry married Mary Shinn about 1754.[1]Children: Job, 1755; Abel, 1757; Sarah, 1759.[1]

Note: Henry Thompson II was a wheelwright by trade. Named as executors of father's (John Thompson) will. Henry died just a short while after the execution of his father's will on July 7, 1759. Henry II and his family migrated to South Jersey and from there to Western Pennsylvania.
