Biography
Thankful Thompson was born on 3 January 1721 in Stratford, Connecticut. Her parents were Ebenezer Thompson (1688 - 1757) and Comfort (Pickett) Thompson (1694 - 1773).[1]

Thankful married David Curtiss (1724 - 1782) on 22 January 1747 in Durham.
They had six children, including David Curtiss 2d (1750 - 1815).
Thankful (Thompson) Curtiss received ten shillings from her father's will, written in 1755, "she having already Receiv'd her Portion." [2]
Thankful died in Massachusetts in 1788 and is buried in West Granville Cemetery.[3]
