Biography

Captain William Todd was born in North Carolina about 1793.[1] He moved with his family to Texas in 1834.[2] He was a Moderator in the Shelby County Regulator Moderator War of 1840-1844 and was accused of paying killers to murder Col John E. Myrick.[3]
