Elijah F. Toles was born 15 Dec 1771, Isle of Man. [1]

Elijah moved to Ballston Spa, NY from CT with brothers Ebenezer & Titus. In 1794 Lysander was formed. In 1799 the Lysander tax roll listed Elijah TOLES.
Marriage
Married Helena 'Eleanor' Beard on 1 Nov 1791 in Schenectady, Schenectady, NY. [2] In 1806 Elijah & Eleanor moved from the town of Lysander. Lysander was formed in 1794.
