Frederick was born October 10, 1817 to Abel Tomlinson and Rebekah Andrews in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S..
On December 21, 1844 he married Mary Ann Amelia Parr. Frederick was a Farmer.
1861 Census family living in Kempt, Hants County, Nova Scotia with 3 male, 6 female Total 9 with 1 of the males recorded under 1 year.
1871 Noel, Hants County Frederick and Amelia with 5 children.
He died September 22, 1895.
