Biography

Charles Seybert Toney was born on May 2, 1920, in Deer, Arkansas, his father, Poindexter, was 49 and his mother, Della, was 26. He had four brothers and three sisters. He died on July 10, 1943, in Germany at the age of 23, and was buried in Nettuno, Roma, Italy.[1]
