Biography
Rosalie Troville, aka Rosalie Dubeau dit Tourville was born march 3, 1812, in Terrebonne, in the Quebec Province (modern day Canada) a daughter of Jean-Baptiste Huboux Tourville and Marie Rosalie Huboux Tourville. [1] On October 11, 1836, in St-Luc, Canada, Rosalie married Jean-Baptiste Lefebvre, also born in Canada circa 1810/1811, a son of Jean-Baptiste Lefebvre and Rosalie Bourgoin.
Jean-Baptiste and his family immigrated to America, where she is found on the United States Census of 1860, as "Rosana Bean," living in South Hero, Grand Isle Vermont, with five children. [2]
She likely passed away around or just before April 1889, as her estate is recorded in probate on May 1, 1889 in Grand Isle, Vermont. [3]
