Biography
Avis was born before 9/14/1800 and was christened on 9/14/1800 in Oxford Congregational Church, Oxford, New Haven, CT, USA. She is the daughter of Joseph Towner and Mary Bronson.
Avis married Morgan Griswold.
She passed away in 1868. Burial was in the Southford Cemetery in Oxford, New Haven, Connecticut.[1] Her tombstone states she was the wife of Morgan Griswold.
