Biography
Pauline Treat was an Arkansan.
Pauline Treat was born about 10 May 1847 in Searcy County, Arkansas, United States, daughter of John Berry Treat Jr. and Sarah Frances (Wood) Treat.[1]
Pauline married Hezekiah Rose about 1866. Their children were Malinda Victoria (Rose) Tilley, Alice, George, Sarah, Lee, Gilbert, Rachael,[2] Molly, Dona, Nora and Rankin.[3][4]
Pauline died on 21 April 1915 in Baxter County, Arkansas aged 67. She is buried in Big Flat Cemetery, Big Flat, Arkansas.[5]
Research Notes
Baxter Co was created in 1873 from Searcy and Izard Counties. Big Flat originally lay in Searcy Co.
Birth Date Investigation
According to the dates in the profile, Paulina was apparently born less than 10 months after her older sister. The 1850 census shows her as one year old, Martha as three and an unknown John? as 2. Further research is required.
