Looking at this pedigree, which is our named source https://archive.org/details/suffolkmanorialf11john/page/142/mode/2up?q=trussel should we move the sister Frances to be a daughter of this person?

WITH REFERENCE TO THE COMMENT BY MICHAEL MEGGISON BELOW.

The compiler of site that you mentioned has recorded Rose Pantulf as the wife of Richard Trussel, father of William II Trussel. There happened to be two men by the name, Richard I Trussel who had his lands confiscated in 1216 [Rotuli Litterarum Clausarum, page 280b] and Richard II Trussel, the second son of Richard I Trussel and Isabel Malesoures who was slain at Evesham in 1265. This Richard also married a Rose, but cannot find any further information on the Rolls or with other publications of the Public Record Office [National Archives] as to her family.

With reference to the Calendar of Inquisitions Miscellaneous, Volume I.

Following the royalist win at the Battle of Evesham, inquisitions were held in every hundred as to what lands were held by the rebels and who collected the rentage that was due in October. The following three entries refer to Richard II Trussel.

No. 632 – October 1265. Buckinghamshire - Hundred of Molishoe. Hugh Wake, knight, was of the household of Richard Trussel, who sided with (stetit cum) Sir S. de Monte Forti, earl of Leicester. He has in Clifton a messuage, &c. worth 6/. a year, which was seized by Thomas de Clare, who restored it to Hugh the Sunday after St. Bartholomew. Hugh received the Michaelmas rents.

No. 844. 10 October 1265 Northampton - Hundred of Rowell. Sir Richard Trussell was killed in the battle of Evesham. He had two manors in the hundred, Thorp Maleshors and Merston. Sir Robert Pikot seized both. The manor of Thorp Maleshurs is worth 15/. 12d and Sir Robert received 52s. 10½ d. in Michaelmas rent. The manor of Merston is worth 12/. 8s. 8d. and Sir Robert received 60s. 11 d. in Michaelmas rent.

No. 929. October 1265 Warwickshire - Hundred of Knytelowe. Richard Trussel, who was killed at Evesham, had the homage of an escheat at Mulverton and Margery his mother’s sister (matartara sua) had all the rent by way of dower.

Richard and Isabel had a third son, whose name I cannot find, who was the father of Edmond, died 1312, who became the patriarch of the Trussel family of Floore and Nuthurst.

Is the compiler's account of a William, son of William (son of Roesia), born in 1280, correct? That William seems to be missing from the WikiTree family tree here, but his existence seems to make more sense given that the likely birth year of Matilda Mainwaring (currently listed as wife of William born in 1261 [Trussel-42]) is about 1288 or so (1-2 years old when her father died in 1289 or so)? (Relates to my comment on the profile of William [Trussel-42].)
