Biography

Montague was born in 1858, the son of William G. Tryon and Emily Ann Evans. Montague Evans's birth was registered in the 2nd Quarter (Apr-May-Jun) of 1858 in Portsea, Hampshire ^[1]. He married Mary Ann Evans in 1882 and they had children Irene F. in 1885 and Montague F. in 1887. His death at the age of 44 was registered in the 4th Quarter (Oct-Nov-Dec_ of 1900 in Portsmouth, Hampshire ^[2]. His estate was probated on the 23rd March 1901 to his widow, Mary Ann. Value £246 15s ^[3].
