Mary Tufts was born in 1658, per Records of Littleton, Massachusetts. She was admitted to the church 15 August 1680.
Mary Edes, widow, of Charlestown, was named in the will of James Gray, a Boston bookseller, to whom he left all his effects about 1720. A Mary Langley testified, per Middlesex court records, that James Gray would have married her 1706-1707. He had son Joseph left with Mrs. Edes. (Per "Genealogies & Estates of Charlestown," Thomas B. Wyman).
This likely indicates that John Tufts died before 1706-1707.
