Elizabeth was born in 1743. She is the daughter of Joseph Twitchell and Deborah Fairbanks. She married to Joel Wight on May 30, 1768. They resided in Dublin, New Hampshire. She was said to be a "very pious good woman."
Elizabeth died in Dublin on April 19, 1800. She is buried in Dublin Town Cemetery. Her gravestone reads:
Christ is a star he'll safely guide
My spirit though the vale of death
ye living friends in him confide
Prepare to yield your vital breath.
