Biography
Mamie was born in 1917, in Colorado, to Archie and Mamie Bloyed Tyler. Sadly, her mother died just 17 days after her birth. Her four sisters were sent to a foster situation and ultimately an orphanage and Mamie was placed with the Harris family. She married James in about 1941, in Colorado. They had four children. She died in Denver, in 1993, at the age of 75.
