Frank McCann Clay is an unknown entity in our family. None of his children have any knowledge of his personal information or history. I requested a copy of his original application for social security number and he had listed his dob as 7/18/1903 (different than on other documents we had) and place of birth of Pittsburgh, PA. He listed his father as Mars? Andrew Clay and his mother as Lillian Lowe.
I was told by one of his sons that Frank McCann Clay was adopted and that "Clay" is the name of his adoptive family. I am still at a brick wall.
