Fidelia Ann Valentine was born on 18 Jan 1834 in Ohio, United States, daughter of Anson F. Valentine (1793 - 1866) and Azuba (Wakefield) Valentine ( - 1876).
Fidelia married Elisha Andrews Howland (1832–1905) 26 Jan 1858 [1]at Lake, Ohio
Fidelia died about 28 Feb 1870[2] aged 36.
