Aart (van Buijselen) van Bussel is geboren in Noord-Brabant in 1754

Biography

Aart was born on or just before 19 May 1754 in Heeze in the Netherlands as child of Goort van Bussel and Maria van Bussel - Vaesen. He was baptized on 19 May 1754 in the Roman Catholic church of Heeze.^[1]

On 1 November 1778 he married Margo Snoex, after they had registered their intention to marry on 17 October 1778. The marriage took place in Heeze.^[2] Among their children were:

• Franciscus Carolus van Bussel (1790-1861) ^[3]
• Henrica Thijs - van Bussel (1793-1839) ^[4]

His wife Margo passed away, leaving Aart a widower.^[5]

On 12 February 1809 Aart married Hendrien Bax, his second wife, after they had registered their intention to marry on 28 January 1809. The marriage took place in Heeze.^[5]

Aart was a farmer.^[6]

His wife Hendrien passed away in 1831, leaving Aart a widower for the second time.^[7] Aart passed away on 23 May 1833 in Heeze at the age of 79.^[6]

Research Notes

• Aart was baptized on 19 May 1754.^[1] In these times children were baptized as soon after birth as possible, to prevent that the child would die unbaptized (and could not go to heaven). Hence Aart would have been born on 19 May 1754 or in the days before.
