Marie Josephe Vegéar was born on 2 July 1728 on Île Longue in the Verchères seigneurie, baptized on the 3rd in Verchères, daughter of Raymond Vegéar and of Angélique Pinau^[1][2][3][4]

Jacques Cusson married Marie Josephe Vegéard, daughter of the late Raymond Vegéard dit Labonté and of Marie Angélique Pinault, on 27 September 1745 in Verchères.^[5][6]
