Biography

In the 1900 census Bert H Vestal (age 26), lawyer, was the widowed son of Wm H Vestal in Pipe Creek, Madison, Indiana. His birth date was given as January 1874.[1]

Albert H Vestal applied for a passport on 22 June 1922 in Anderson Indiana. His birth information was given as 18 January 1874 in Frankton, Indiana..[2]

Albert H. Vestal was serving as a U.S. Representative for Indiana in Congress in Washington, D.C., at the time of his death. His body was sent back to Indiana by train for services.[3] He was buried in Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson, Madison County, Indiana.[4]
