Henry Windsor Villiers-Stuart was born on 13 September 1827. He was the son of Henry Stuart (1st and last Baron Stuart de Decies) and his wife Theresia Ott. .[1]
When he attempted to claim his father's title In 1876, he was asked to produce proof of his parents' marriage prior to his birth. This was not available and he was not allowed to assume the title.
He died on 12 October 1895 at age 68.
Education
He graduated from Durham University, Durham, County Durham, England, in 1852 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)
Career
He was the Vicar of Bulkington between 1850 and 1871 at Bulkington, Warwickshire, England.
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Waterford, Ireland between 1873 and 1874. and again between 1880 and 1885.
Marriage
Henry Windsor Villiers-Stuart was married to Mary Power on 3 August 1865.
