Warren Joseph Voisin was born on March 6, 1874 in Franklin, St. Mary, Louisiana, United States, son of Joseph Voisin (1831–1882).
Warren married Mary Jane Ashley (born on December 24, 1883 in St. Mary Parish Louisiana USA; daughter of Lewis Charles Brown Ashley and Mary Ann Bersheim).
In the 1910 census Warren (age 35) was the married head of household in Police Jury Ward 2, St Martin, Louisiana, United States.[1]
