Aaron Ross Vorhies, son of Nathan Vorhies and Eles Ann (McClure) Vorhies, was born on 1 Dec. 1878 in Washington.[1][2]
He married Myrtle Rebecca Godfrey, daughter of Thaddeus Godfrey and Nancy Ellen (Inman) Godfrey, on 26 May 1907 at Aberdeen, Lewis, Washington.[3][2]
He was a logger when he and Myrtle appeared on the census of 27 April 1910 at Johns River, Chehalis, Washington. Her parents and his brother were living with them.[4]
Aaron died on 22 July 1914 at Aberdeen, Chehalis, Washington[1] and was buried at Johns River Cemetery, Markham, Grays Harbor County, Washington. His memorial has biographical material and links to those of family members.[2]
