Biography
Biddy was born in 1840 in Floyd County, Kentucky, United States. She was the daughter of William Cole and Rebecca Wadkins. She was first married to George Washington Perkins. They were separated shortly after the Civil War. Then she was married to John Patrick. She passed away in 1908 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, United States. Biddy was buried at the Patrick Cemetery in Salyersville, Magoffin County, Kentucky, United States.

Cole-23492 and Wadkins-220 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicates. Same dates of birth. Same dates of death. Same locations for both birth and death. Same spouse, George Washington Perkins. Wadkins-220 should have "Cole" for a last name at birth because her father's last name was Cole.
