Biography

Arthur was born in 1871^[1], the son of Elijah Wadlow and Eliza Legate. He married Mary Elizabeth Turner in 1890 and they had three children.

After the death of Mary in 1928, he married Emma M (Unknown) and they were together at least until 1946. Before 1950 he was married to widow Eva Lusella Hoke.

Arthur was a cement and concrete contractor, in business with his brothers, Francis Monroe Wadlow and Samuel Perry Wadlow.

He passed away in 1958.
