David Waggoner was born in 1792 in North Carolina[1] to John Waggoner and Anna Loop.
David married Sarah Ingle around 1816.
According to the 1850 census, David lived with Sarah and their children, Abigail and Sarah in Callaway County, Missouri.[1]
Sarah died around 1855.
On May 31, 1855, David married Margaret Miller in Callaway County, Missouri.[2]
David died on April 4, 1868. He is buried in the Hart Hill Cemetery in Holts Summit, Missouri.[3]
