Biography
Frances was christened 1 October 1758 by Daniel and Anne (Mabb) Waghorne in Ticehurst, Sussex. She married Thomas Woodgate from Kent there in 1782. They christened three children in Ticehurst, 1783-1787. Thomas went off to the Napoleonic wars and did not return. In 1801 "Widow Woodgate" headed a household of seven persons. She was buried in Ticehurst 5 February 1823, age 64.
