CENSUS':

The 1900 US Census of Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts finds this person, Dora at the age of 15yrs old and given as born in Massachusetts in June of 1885 and employed as a "paper box maker". She is living there in Marlborough in the household of her parents; 55yr old Joseph Walcott and 51yr old "Marien" (sic). Also living in the household are this Dora's 31yr old brother, Joseph, her 24yr old brother, Alphonse, Alphonse's 24yr old wife, Eveline; her (Dora's) 17yr old sister Lillian, 17yr old sister, Gertie, 13yr old brother, Wilhose; 9yr old brother, Charles and this Dora's paternal grandparents; 87yr old Andrew Walcott and 75yr old Edwina (Walcott).[1]

The 1910 US Census of Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts finds this "Dora" at the age of 24yrs old and given as single, born in Massachusetts and working as a stitcher in a shoe factory. She is living there in Marlborough with her 59yr old widowed mother, Marion Wolcott, her 38yr old brother, Joseph, a 22yr old brother with undecipherable 1st name, a 19yr old brother named Charles and Charles 17yr old wife, Margaret.[2]
