Frank Wallace is a part of US Black heritage.

Frank was born about 1874 in Massachusetts.

He was the son of Mary and Civil War veteran James Wallace of the 54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, the first regiment in the United States made up entirely of enlisted men of color.
