Fred Waller was born in Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, England.

Fred Waller was baptised on 26 December 1880 in Great Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire, England. His parents were John Waller and Sarah (Mills) Waller (1840-1912).^[1] His birth was registered in the first quarter of 1881 in the Berkhampstead district.^[2]

Fred Waller (1880-1919) married 28 May 1904 in Berkhampstead.^[3] The marriage was registered in the 2nd quarter of 1904 in the Berkhampstead district.^[4] They had 3 children:
