Biography
Rondy-Rhonda-Ronda--no clarity on exact name. After his parents appear to have passed away and his older surviving siblings have moved to Ohio, Rondy is living in Wilson Creek with his paternal grandmother, Emmaline in the 1930 census. (See photo)
