Biography
Andrew Jackson was born in 1824 in Alabama, son of Elijah W. Ward (1776–1865) and Sarah Anne Cochran (1799–<1860).
In the 1860 census Andrew (age 33) was in Walton, Florida. He lived with his wife and young children. Another young male lived with the family but his occupation is not clear - perhaps serving?[1]
