Grant "Knobby" Warwick was a professional ice hockey right winger who played 9 seasons in the National Hockey League with the New York Rangers, the Boston Bruins, and the Montreal Canadiens. He was awarded the Calder Memorial Trophy in 1942, and was inducted into both the Regina and Saskatchewan Sports Halls of Fame.
Grant David Warwick was born at Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada on 11 Oct 1921 to William David Warwick and Caroline Isabel Jolley, both of Quebec.
He passed away at Edmonton, Alberta on 26 Sep 1999. Grant was survived by two sons, as well as two sisters and two brothers; he had been predeceased by one daughter, as well as three sisters and two brothers.
Burial took place at the South Haven Cemetery on 30 Sep 1999.
