Margaret was born in England in 1833 to Peter Watmough and Ann Crompton. About 1851, Margaret married George Frederick Spencer in 1848 in Melbourne, Victoria. After Frederick passed away, she married a second time to Alfred Cowland. She passed away in 1915. [1]
