Biography
Arthur was born in the Jun quarter 1867, mother's maiden name Merryweathers .[1] He was the son of Frederick Watts and Emma Merryweather.
He married Eliza Elizabeth Savory on 31 Dec 1887 in Henlow, Bedfordshire. [2]
He passed away in the Jun quarter 1948 aged 80 in Henlow, Bedfordshire.[3].
