Biography
Robert Kenneth Waugh, the son of Harper Klinck Waugh and Chloe Kiester, was born 30 August 1918 and died 17 May 2006. He married Imogene Wolfe 23 November 1939. They had 4 children: Paul Leigh, Gene Kenneth, Lindel, and John Robert.
