Constant married Elisabeth Allen on 27 August 1750 in Providence, Rhode Island, United States.[1]
Constant's father John Weaver wrote his will on 12 May 1752. He mentions his wife (no name), and his four children: John Weaver, Constant Weaver, Elizabeth King, and Edward Weaver.[2] The estate passed probate on 9 June 1752.
