Paul (Webjørnsen) Williams was born in Iowa.
Paul R. Williams was born on 15 Aug 1877 in Glenwood, Winneshiek, Iowa, the son of Sigvart Webjørnsen and Johanne Nilselokken. [1]
On 28 May 1907 he married Inga "Ida" Erickson in Esmond, North Dakota. [2] Paul passed away on 12 Apr 1935 in Maddock, Benson, North Dakota.
