1909 Marriage Everett first married Fanny, about Oct 1909.

1917 Marriage On 24 Nov 1917, Everett Weir married Marie Lowe in Brazil, Clay County, Indiana. Marie, born on 2 Apr 1899, was the daughter of Allen & Winnie Danford Lowe. Everett was working in a car shop. This was Everett's second marriage and Marie's first. Everett's first wife had died in March of 1911.

Obituary 23 Jun 1959, Terre Haute Tribune, Pg 2; Everett "Dutch" Weir, 79, RR 3, West Terre Haute, died at the St. Anthony Hospital at 8 a.m. Tuesday. He is survived by two sons, Raymond and Joseph of West Terre Haute; two daughters, Mrs. Geneva Cheeseman and Mrs. Winefred Favre, both of West Terre Haute; one sister, Miss Ella Weir of Prairie Creek, Ind., and 10 grandchildren. He was a member of the Dresser Methodist Church. The body was taken to the DeBaun Funeral Home.
