Bertal Clifford Welch was born on July 20, 1886 to Clarah Clarence Welch and Elizabeth Richardson.[1] He married Mary Phoebe Hall on November 14, 1906 in Guernsey County, Ohio.[2] He died on February 21, 1961.[3] He is buried in Friends Cemetery in Quaker City, Guernsey County, Ohio.[4]
