Christening
Mary was baptized, 15 July 1787, in Ashburnham, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Deliverance Wheeler and Elizabeth Whitman.[1]
Death
- Mary died on 19 June 1852, in Readsboro, Vermont. She was buried in Heartwellville Cemetery, Heartwellville, Vermont.[2][3]
Research Notes
- Research seems to confirm that the 1850 census listing cited below includes Daniel Pike, this woman's son. The two Pike-surnamed individuals listed with him are of ages and names to be his father & mother. (Horace/Orris, and Polly is a nickname for Mary) Also, Abigail is the right age to be Daniel's sister, now possibly married to Willard Carpenter. Her marriage record is now indexed and linked to her profile.
