Frances Willard Whichard was Lula Wanita (Netta) Parker's fifth child, She was her second child with her second husband Francis Marion Whichard.
Willard was the 5th child of Lula Wanita (Netta) Parker. She was her 2nd child with her 2nd husband, Francis Marion Whichard. Evidently, Netta's 3rd husband Joe Tripp adopted her.
