DAR Patriot Index - Centennial Edition, Part 3: Pvt, NC, married to Lucy White.

Entered service at Chatham Co NC, Sept. 15, 1780, under Capt. Mark Patterson; also served under Capt. William Griffin. Received Pension for his services. Married Mary Lucy (Lucy Ann) White who was born in VA 1766; died Upson Co GA, Nov. 14, 1845. Mentions his wife Lucy and the following children in his will, made Dec. 15, 1840, probated Sept. 6, 1844.
